CCBL was started about 10+ years ago by Vince Madiraca, Rich Costello and John Pizzaro from Barrington. Along with Doug Pauls from Haddon Heights and Bill Slack from Audubon. All of these guys have moved on with the exception of Vince who still enjoys running the league.
